Returns

If you want to make a return (withdraw from a distance contract), you have 14 days to do so

How to return an order placed in our store:

  1. Complete the withdrawal form . You can download it here.
  2. Join the pack filled form and pack the goods.
  3. Please remember that the returned goods must be in unchanged form ( unused ).
  4. Please return the goods to the address below. Returns are at your own expense.

Funds will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

Exchanges

The complaint review time is 14 days from the date of delivery of the package . You will receive information about the complaint status by e -mail or phone .
